Mike has researched, designed and presented training programmes or solutions for multi-national firms, SMEs, public sector bodies, Local Authorities and national and regional charities. He has been particularly successful in Leadership Development and in improving customer relationships for telesales and client facing roles. He also helps organisations develop and implement competence-based performance standards, within the National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) framework if applicable.  All his solutions are pragmatic and learning is facilitated and not lectured.

Aidan Applegarth was formerly a senior Commercial Banker with practical experience of advising sole-traders, SMEs, multi-nationals and governments across Europe and Asia Pacific. He holds an MBA with distinction from Warwick. Aidan’s experience extends to successful team building and management as well as to the practicalities of running a viable commercial business. He offers a balanced and rational approach to mentoring established owners and managers as well as seedbed entrepreneurs. His holistic vision and eye for the detail ensure that the strategic, operational and resource solutions he provides are practical in context and will lead to sustainable competitive advantage.
